A $100 fee will be charged for non-attendances or late cancellations with notice of less than 48 business hours.

Medication Scripts will normally be issued in appointment only. However, fee of $50 is payable for urgent script requests outside appointments.

ADHD and ASD assessment fees has to be paid in full 1 week prior to appointment.

Please note there is a 1.5% payment processing fee for credit card payments.
