Do you offer in-person appointments?

All services are delivered via an online video conference call. You can attend the video conference session either alone, with family or a support person.

Do I need any special equipment for Telehealth?

No, you can use either your smartphone (apple or android), ipad or a computer/laptop with a webcam to attend this appointment from anywhere within Australia.

What is the cost of seeing our clinicians?

We are primarily a private billing practice. Please check our website for Fees. Our friendly admin staff will help you understand the cost of our service prior to your attendance.

How will I get my prescription?

You will get your prescription via Electronic script (escript). This is a quick, secure  and convenient method.

Do you offer Bulk BIlling?

We are primarily a private billing service. Bulk billing is available only for rural patients under GP 291 referral for psychiatrist’s assessment (Once-off assessments), if they meet the following conditions: Living in MM2-MM7 regional/rural area and they have not seen a psychiatrist in the last 12 months. This may not be available for the initial ADHD consultations. Please contact us for more details.

What is your current wait time for appointments?

As wait times can change depending on various factors, please contact clinic for exact wait times. Our approx. wait time for new patient appointments is 2-3 months.
